The spinach looked like a foiled attempt at dehydrated veggies. KKK, my friend from work suggested putting the fresh spinach on top of the sauce, under the cheese and toppings. My DH liked the pizza for a leftover lunch last night! It was a thin crust.
You might like to try Papa Murphey's gourmet pizza. A & W treated us the other night. It's a take out place for pizza, but you bake it yourself. They've got a gourmet veggie pizza, with raw spinach. The cooking directions had it turn out great! Maybe it would give good ideas. It's in Saginaw.
